Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders placed before 1:00 PM will be dispatched the same day. Please contact us before the cut off time 1:00 PM. We can either exchange or cancel the order as you wish.

 

Shipping Fee of £15.99 will be charged for all international deliveries

Please note that the RECIPIENT is liable for any IMPORT TAX

 

 

Returns Policy

All clearance items are final sale. Due to the nature of our wholesale closeout, no returns, refunds, or exchanges can be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

For any reasons not happy with your purchase, please advise us within 28 days from the date you make the order, we can either exchange or issue a refund, damaged items must be reported within 7 days.

Returned or exchanged item(s) must be in the original package and have tags still on, we take great care in checking item(s) before being sent.  

Please note sale item(s) can not be returned or exchanged.
